No, there is no access to the capital for the term of the investment

The investor takes the risk of currency fluctuations, whether it’s a loss or gain. Dividends and capital repayments will be made in USD

What tax do I pay on dividends?
We always suggest getting independent tax advice; however, dividends are part of your overall income, which will be the case if you are a resident of the United States. If you are a non-resident, we will withhold a portion of that income and issue you with a tax credit via form XXXXXX
