Abacus Residential Real Estate Investment Group (ARREIG) is a privately held investment firm with a foundation and strategy in the multi-unit residents market within the Boston Metropolitan area.
We create investment funds to purchase and construct high-end condominiums and townhouses. ARREIG pay high yields to investors whilst at the same time guaranteeing their initial investment. Currently, Arreig has three types of investment. Pre and post-permit approval, as well as a post-permit restoration option. See investments for further info.
Our Story
Arreig was founded in 2020 as an alternative to traditional lending. Its sister company, Abacus Builders, have been developing residential real estate since 2006 and as the company grew, so did its need for alternative funding.
ARREIG was established to enhance the service level of Abacus Builders and the time constraints around funding projects. Abacus has reduced standard fees and charges by eliminating high street banks while rewarding investors with high yields and guaranteeing their initial capital investment.
